This is the wording in force from 18 August 2026 to 31 August 2026. The current policy is here.

Cookie Policy

Effective from 18 August 2026

Cookies are small files that a web application stores in your browser. The Volaryx service (operator: Ondřej Hubáček, Company ID (IČO): 07371578, contact: info@volaryx.com) uses essential technical cookies without consent. We turn on visitor measurement (PostHog) only if you agree. We do not use advertising cookies and we do not sell your data.

Essential cookies do not require consent — without them you could not sign in or keep your language.

PostHog measurement runs only with consent. Visitors are measured under a random identifier; in the signed-in admin under the company’s technical ID, not its name or email. PostHog does not store cookies — it keeps data in localStorage — on servers in the EU. You can change your consent below on this page.

Error reporting (Sentry) runs even without consent — it is essential for running and securing the service. Without it we would learn about a failure only from you. Sentry stores no cookies and does not track your behaviour: it records a technical description of the error, the page address and the browser type. Session recording is turned off.

Partner link (Rewardful on volaryx.com) remembers who sent you, so we can pay the partner if you sign up and start paying. This is not advertising or behaviour tracking — only attribution. Without it the partner programme would not work.

Where you came from — on volaryx.com we store in the tab’s memory (not a cookie) the first campaign and ad click mark if they are in the address, and the page of our website where you started. If you register, we attach the same to your account and do not overwrite it. It is only for us: to know whether you came from the website, a newsletter, a partner or an ad. We do not send it to Google or Facebook. It does not run in the calculator embedded on a print shop’s website.

In addition to cookies, we use the browser’s local storage (localStorage) to remember minor interface choices (for example hidden tips) and to store your consent or refusal of measurement. Interface choices are not sent anywhere. Measurement data (PostHog) is sent to servers in the EU if you consented.

When paying for a subscription, you are redirected to Stripe’s secure payment page, which uses its own technical cookies under its own policies.

You can delete cookies at any time in your browser settings; however, necessary cookies will be recreated the next time you sign in, as the service would not work without them. You can delete the measurement data (PostHog) by clearing your browser’s local storage for this site. Should we ever introduce advertising cookies in the future, we will add them to this table and ask for consent. Previous wording is in the archive.
